This is fraud. Paid 100£ and cancelled when I asked where they were. Robbing people

It's a great company lovely taxi drivers But since the update its now saying that it's going to cost £17.10 to prebook instead of £1. Don't know if that's a mistake or not.

Fifty minutes late.The app was the excuse for being late, even though they took my bank details had to pay cash. So late on return we cancelled and used s different taxi company.

First time used this company, recommended by a mate and they were great, efficient from text comms at every step to the driver Charles. 5 stars and will download app today for future bookings

Nice enough drivers but not enough of them, take about 40mins to get a taxi on each journey but it's the only one that lets you set up card payment on the app

Difficult to use

This is by far the best taxi company in Northampton, always on time, the whole team is brilliant

Probably worse in Northampton. Had such a bad experience... Most of the time not comi g on time... But once then I Preordered taxi and driver came 10 minits earlier. Asked driver to wait a bit. After couple minits got call from office guy he was rude and was shouting why I m still not in a taxy if Im in such a hurry!?! After this didint use this company services anymore.

fabulous company most of the drivers are polite had a couple of drivers which were rude and abrupt decided to drop off were they wanted even tho we told them it was one place first then the other
